Our results are based on the study tours, peer reviews, evalutations and experiences from the pilot actions as well as the scientific results and recommendations from the ESPON targeted analysis SEMIGRA.
The WOMEN brochure and the WOMEN strategy summarize our activities and results. The conclusions from the scientic monitoring and the scientific review had been transferred into the WOMEN Transnational Strategy. The Memorandum of Understanding expresses a firm commitment on behalf of all the project consortium to further work against the brain-drain of young well-educated women and against other unbalanced demographic trends.
